Willow Tree Inn & Suites

This place is amazing for the price. Newly renovated with such comfy bedding and quality pillows. Brand new flooring, beautiful back-lit mirrors and gorgeous sink. Nice comfy lounge chair and dining table set. Air conditioner worked insanely well. Literally feels like an apartment. Woman at the front desk is so kind and sweet, definitely book a stay here!

I hope this review helps other travellers. The outside had me worried, but I didn't judge and decided to book. The room looked newly renovated. Comfortable bed, very clean and big television with DirecTV. Fridge and microwave. The hotel is right by the 5 freeway, but you don't hear the traffic with the windows closed. Good location since next too the freeway easy to get to down town/Burbank to have some fun with out the high cost of staying in Burbank. The staff was friendly and explained the rules, which was basically no smoking. The service fee if you do was only $50. I have stayed in hotels where it's at least $150. I wouldn't go much more north until you get to valencia or end of sylmar. As wants you go more north on the 5 freeway you will encounter true 3.5 and lower motels with graffiti in the rooms for the exact same price. This place seems family friendly . I myself have no children, but if I did I would much rather bring my family here then further up the road. Again, last stop before valencia. Well of course this is just my opinion. Have a great trip ps avoid San Fernando road at all cost you will be truly disappointed.

Good value for the money. The rooms were clean and fairly quiet during my mid-week stay, minus the low sound of passing cars from the nearby freeway. The owner was helpful.

I came during a busy weekend and had no issues with them still being able to accommodate me. The people working at check in were friendly. The rooms are HUGE and very nicely decorated with the renovations. I absolutely loved the mirror with adjustable dimmed lights, and the ceiling lights surrounding the bed. They also used pretty good quality free toiletries. Bed was pretty comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again

Excellent hotel with great service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and the room was spotless.

Room was nicely, sleekly remodeled and it looks like they were undergoing a big effort to update the entire property. Unfortunately, there was no reception on the big flatscreen in the room. We'll chalk it up to a work in progress since the room rate was definitely a fair price and everything else was good.
